A name or location entered in a search tool passes directly to the outside provider that operates that feature. The provider processes the query and returns its result. We do not retain or log those search terms on our systems.

An email may be kept as needed to respond. It remains within our organization unless a valid legal duty requires disclosure to someone else.

The site describes where Adair County records may be requested from the sheriff, the Second Judicial Circuit, the Missouri State Highway Patrol CJIS Central Repository, and the Missouri Sex Offender Registry. We are not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Visitor data is not assembled into consumer reports or dossiers about other people.
